The Property Inspection Specialist serves as our presence in the field, ensuring that homes are cared for, property conditions are accurately documented, and operational standards are consistently upheld. This role combines property inspections, operational support, and field accountability. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, dependable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. They understand that every interaction, photo, inspection, and follow-up contributes to the confidence our owners place in Fox and the experience our residents have in their homes.

Your mission:

Protect our clients' assets, support our residents, and strengthen trust in Fox by ensuring every property inspection, field visit, and operational task is completed with professionalism, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Property Inspections & Condition Reporting

• Schedule and conduct occupied and vacant property inspections.
• Communicate professionally with residents before, during, and after inspections.
• Evaluate property conditions and identify maintenance concerns, safety issues, lease violations, and preventative maintenance opportunities.
• Capture thorough, high-quality photos and detailed inspection notes.
• Upload completed inspections into AppFolio within established timelines.
• Ensure inspection reports are accurate, organized, and owner-ready. Field Operations Support
• Conduct vacant property checks to ensure homes remain secure and market-ready.
• Support operational projects and field initiatives as assigned. Communication & Service Excellence
• Serve as a professional representative of Fox in the field.
• Build positive relationships with residents through respectful and professional interactions.
• Communicate inspection findings promptly to Asset Managers and Property Managers.
• Escalate urgent property concerns immediately.
• Follow through on commitments and ensure field tasks are completed accurately and on time. Property Protection & Quality Assurance
• Identify issues before they become larger problems.
• Help ensure properties meet Fox's quality standards.
• Verify completed work and report deficiencies when observed.
• Maintain a proactive mindset focused on protecting owner investments and enhancing the resident experience. Success in This Role Looks Like

• Reports are detailed, professional, and uploaded promptly.
• Residents report positive interactions with Fox staff.
• Property concerns are identified early and communicated clearly.
