Job Description
10 Stars Property Management is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Property Inspector / Home Inspector to join our growing property management team. This position is ideal for someone with construction, maintenance, handyman, or residential repair experience who understands how to evaluate the condition of rental homes and document needed repairs. We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable driving to multiple properties throughout the day. Responsibilities
- Perform residential property inspections at occupied and vacant rental homes
- Inspect interior and exterior property conditions
- Identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, damage, lease violations, and needed repairs
- Take clear photos and detailed notes during inspections
- Complete inspection reports accurately and on time
- Communicate findings with property managers and maintenance teams
- Travel to multiple properties throughout the workday Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, handyman work, home inspection, or property management preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or inspection software
- Good written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to drive between properties daily Schedule
- Monday through Friday
