  • Full-time Overview Full View Appraisals is seeking a motivated and professional Registered Trainee Appraiser to join our growing residential appraisal firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a long-term career in real estate valuation while working directly with an experienced Certified Residential Appraiser. The trainee will assist with property inspections, market research, data collection, and appraisal report preparation throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. Duties Assist in collecting and analyzing property data, including physical inspections and market research Support senior appraiser in preparing detailed valuation reports that adhere to Fair Housing regulations and industry standards Conduct quantitative research to evaluate property values, market trends, and financial performance Requirements Florida Registered Trainee Appraiser License (or currently eligible to obtain one) Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation Strong computer and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Direct mentorship and hands-on training Career advancement opportunities Flexible growth path toward Certified Residential Appraiser licensing Please submit: Resume to
