Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Property Preservation Technician, where you will play a role in maintaining residential properties to ensure they meet safety, aesthetic, and functional standards. Responsibilities Conduct property inspections of residential properties to provide real time condition of property to client. Take thorough "before," "during" and "after" photos Complete grass-cuts Snow removal due to inclement weather Debris removal/trash-out (as needed) Minor plumbing (sump pump replacement or repairs) Water pumping (as needed) Experience/Requirements Valid Driver's license Ability to use and/or familiar with powered hand and lawn tools, generators, compressors, etc. No fear of entering VACANT homes Able to complete thorough grass-cuts and leaf removal
