Job Description

We at Fido are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inspector in River Ridge, Louisiana for property inspection and unit walkthrough tasks.
Responsibilities:
Pick up keys from the leasing office Conduct thorough unit inspections and walkthroughs Check overall cleanliness, condition, and functionality of the unit Report findings with clear notes and photos Ensure the property is guest-ready
Qualifications:
Knows how to use inspection app Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Good communication skills Ability to follow instructions independently Experience in property inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality is a plus
