As a locally owned and operated company, we take pride in maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall property upkeep. We are currently seeking Property Inspectors to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and have a keen eye for cleanliness and maintenance issues. As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are guest-ready and well-maintained.

Who We're Looking For:

We are searching for individuals who: Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in their work Are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Possess good communication skills to interact with cleaning teams, maintenance staff, and management Are comfortable using mobile apps for reporting inspections and submitting documentation Have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and peak rental seasons Preferably have experience in property inspections, housekeeping, or maintenance, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays Ensure properties meet company cleanliness and maintenance standards Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly Communicate with cleaning teams and maintenance staff to address any issues Use mobile apps to document findings, take photos, and submit reports Conduct inventory checks to confirm all necessary items are in place Provide feedback to improve overall guest experience and property upkeep

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of property maintenance and safety standards Good communication skills and a customer service mindset Ability to navigate and use mobile inspection/reporting apps Reliable transportation to travel between properties This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing vacation rental management company.
