Entry-Level (Perfect for newly licensed Real Estate Agents!) About the Role Are you a newly licensed real estate agent looking for steady income while you build your business? Or are you eager to kickstart a career in property management? We are launching a brand-new Real Estate Field Technician position, and we need a reliable, hands-on, and people-oriented individual to join our team. Because this is a new role, you will be our primary "boots on the ground"—handling property inspections, coordinating vendor access, placing marketing materials, and conducting showings. Best of all? We provide the company vehicle and a gas card , so you don't have to put miles on your own car.
Key Responsibilities Property Inspections:
Conduct routine property assessments, as well as critical move-in and move-out inspections, documenting conditions clearly via our smartphone app.

Greet prospective tenants or buyers, open up units, and conduct basic walkthroughs/showings.
Vendor & Contractor Liaison:
Meet contractors, inspectors, and utility workers at properties to grant access and ensure work is underway.
Marketing Operations:
Place real estate signs, install lockboxes, and ensure properties look sharp and presentable for the market.
Field Operations:
Handle various "odd jobs" and errand-running that require driving between properties to keep operations running smoothly. What We Are Looking For The Ultimate "People Person": You will represent our company to tenants, contractors, and clients. A warm, professional, and helpful attitude is a must.
Real Estate Mindset:
A real estate license is a major plus! This role is an excellent way to learn property values, neighborhood layouts, and single-family home mechanics.
Handy & Observant:
A basic understanding of the essential mechanical operations of a single-family home (e.g., identifying basic wear-and-tear, understanding HVAC/plumbing basics, locating water shutoffs).
Reliable & Independent:
You enjoy being out and about rather than sitting at a desk, and you can manage your time efficiently.
Job Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
Licensing:
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are strict requirements (to be covered under company auto insurance).
Tech-Savvy:
