Real Estate Field Runner Location:
Detroit, MI as well as Oakland County Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible based on availability)
Compensation:
Hourly (based on experience) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Field Runner to support our property management operations throughout the Detroit area and occasionally Oakland County properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Our office is location in Troy, though majority of the work day will be on the road in the City of Detroit. Office hours are on a need be basis for supplies and team meetings. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver notices, documents, and correspondence to tenants and properties
  • Conduct property inspections and report on conditions (photos + written summaries)
  • Post eviction notices and ensure proper documentation
  • Pick up and drop off keys, rekeying properties, leases, and maintenance materials
  • Assist with showing vacant units
  • Verify occupancy and tenant information
  • Support maintenance coordination by checking job completion status
