Job Description Job Description VAS is expanding our team and is hiring within all counties in Michigan for licensed and certified residential real estate appraisers looking to work with an appraisal firm that does it all for you. It is important to VAS that we provide you the time to conduct your appraisal inspections and complete a quality appraisal report without the hassle of scheduling, attaining property data and taking calls from borrowers or clients! Please ONLY licensed and certified real estate appraisers with a minimum of 3 years of experience apply . We do require a resume, 3 references and sample reports at the time of inquiry of this job posting. ​
Responsibilities:
Provide quality and credible appraisal reports Access to local MLS Reliable Transportation WIFI Capabilities Reasonable turn times Many more to discuss once resume, sample reports and references are reviewed. VAS offers many benefits, including the following: Bi-Weekly Pay checks on completed appraisal reports as a W-2 Employee.
Company issued computer station including:
ACI Software, Dual Monitors and a Printer Each appraiser is assigned an administrative assistant 100% of MLS fees paid These are just to name a few to learn more please APPLY!
