Housing Inspectors III (803369)
Location:
438 Summit Avenue 3rd Floor Jersey City, NJ 07306
Duration:
6 months
Pay Rate:
$25.00/hr on W2 without benefits Lunch- 1Hr unpaid Valid Driving License required Physically inspect the rental property for compliance with the property maintenance code. Maintain rental property files and data. Receive and process license applications and license renewals from rental property owners and agents. Assist in identification and deteriorated structures or properties in need of rehabilitation. Performs inspections and assesses the damage to residences. Documents the damages sustained based on extensive knowledge of construction techniques.
Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
