Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Mulvey Property Services (MPS), ensuring clients receive a proactive, white-glove home maintenance experience. This role coordinates recurring service visits, communicates with clients, documents property conditions, manages maintenance records, and works with internal staff and subcontractors to address issues identified during inspections Responsibilities Client Relations Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Schedule recurring maintenance visits based on service tier agreements. Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests. Provide clients with inspection reports and maintenance recommendations. Property Inspections & Reporting Coordinate and participate in scheduled property visits. Ensure thorough inspections of both interior and exterior property conditions. Document maintenance concerns, deficiencies, and recommended repairs. Take photographs and maintain detailed property records. Prepare and distribute inspection summaries following each visit. Maintenance Coordination Schedule and coordinate service technicians and subcontractors. Track completion of maintenance and repair items. Obtain pricing and proposals for larger repairs when necessary. Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met. Follow up with clients regarding completed work and outstanding recommendations Administrative Responsibilities Maintain client service agreements and renewal schedules. Update property maintenance tracking systems. Create work orders and service schedules. Track billing, invoices, and recurring service subscriptions. Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the Property Services division. Maintain vendor certificates of insurance and compliance documentation.
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
