      CONVENTIONAL HOUSING SPECIALIST
      Are you a property owner, landlord, or investor looking to increase occupancy, reduce vacancy time, and place reliable tenants across all housing types? I provide professional independent leasing services for Section 8, low-income, and conventional rental properties, focused on keeping your units filled and your rental income consistent.
      SERVICES INCLUDE
      Marketing and advertising vacant rental units Section 8 tenant placement and housing authority coordination Low-income and income-restricted housing leasing support Conventional (market-rate) leasing and tenant placement Scheduling and conducting property showings Full tenant screening (credit, rental history, income verification, background checks) Lease-up coordination and documentation support Assistance with compliance requirements (where applicable) Reducing vacancy time and improving occupancy rates
