No two days are the same in this role. You'll be out in the OKC metro area working across multiple rental properties, handling a wide range of tasks that support our property managers, tenants, and property owners. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems on the go, and working independently while still being part of a team.Responsibilities:
Inspect occupied and vacant rental properties using a mobile inspection app Document property conditions with photos, and report maintenance or lease issues Assist in coordinating inspection requests and follow up to ensure completion Maintain an organized daily schedule of inspections and tasks Respond to tenant needs and assist with on-site issues as they arise Deliver and pick up documents, keys, and materials between properties and the office Perform light maintenance and basic cleaning tasks as needed in vacant properties Communicate clearly with tenants, property managers, and vendors Ensure company vehicles are clean, maintained, and fueledRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience preferred) Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer programs Pass a criminal background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of home maintenance and property care Physically able to perform inspections and light maintenance tasks Able to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various conditions Willingness to take on other duties as needed Reliable, punctual, team oriented and has pride in their work and attention to detail.
