Schedule:

Nights / Weekends / On‑Call Shifts We're hiring a dependable Fire Watch / Property Watchperson to help keep our community safe, secure, and well‑maintained. This role is essential to protecting valuable property, supplies, and amenities during hours when regular staff are not on site. If you're detail‑oriented, responsible, and committed to service excellence, we want to meet you. Responsibilities Monitor community office, amenities, property grounds, and supplies Notify supervisors or proper authorities when necessary Inspect all windows, doors, and building entrances to ensure they are closed and secured Conduct regular checks of office areas and community amenities Document incidents accurately and clearly Maintain a professional presence while supporting residents and staff Required Skills & Qualifications Honest, reliable, responsible, and conscientious General understanding of watchperson duties Ability to think and act quickly in emergencies Strong written communication for incident reporting Willingness to work nights, weekends, or unusual shifts Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to service excellence Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to walk or stand for extended periods Able to lift at least 25 lbs Comfortable working in all weather conditions Exceptional attention to detail Ability to follow directions, work independently, and stay on schedule Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
