Job Description

Tired of working for a franchise? Let's chat. We are currently looking for a responsible, experienced, water and fire damage lead technician. We're a family owned operation that is looking to add to our team of amazing individuals. Our goal is to provide our customers with a great restoration experience in a very hard time.
The candidate is required to:
Must have drivers license Work Mon-Friday 8-430 (Call offs highly discouraged) Possible weekend and after hours that will be mandatory Have great customer service Have their own tools Communicate all job progress to the building owner and direct supervisor Manage crew members efficiently Sketch property Write full mitigation estimate Learn different techniques using coworkers knowledge Be well organized Have a calming presence in times of distress Photo document all aspects of a loss Communicate with insurance agents and adjusters
