Job Description
Opportunity for a motivated, very detail oriented, analytically minded person with a serious interest in entering the Real Estate Appraisal Profession. Geographic coverage will include, Berks County, Lebanon County and Lancaster County in Pennsylvania. MUST have some background in Real Estate AND a Bachelor's Degree. Candidate be responsible to obtain a Real Estate Trainee License through the State of Pennsylvania and complete the required continuing education courses. MUST be willing to travel to the Robesonia, PA area for initial onsite training. Once training is completed, candidate will be permitted to work 50% from home office. Must be able to work to meet required deadlines with lenders. Job responsibilities will include determination of property valuations by providing appraisal notes, sketches, photographs and consultations in field, researching and analyzing property information and comparable sales/active listings, reconciling various indicators, preparing the final appraisal report Hours - Monday Through Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required based on volume.
