Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Certified or General Real Estate Appraiser and play a vital role in accurately assessing the value of residential or commercial real estate properties. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to conduct comprehensive property valuations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position is a contractor 1009 position. You can decide how much or how little work load you would like to complete. Platinum Appraisals has been in business for 27 years and is growing. We have a diverse client base, with lending work as well as private work. Responsibilities Perform detailed appraisals of residential, commercial, industrial, and special-use properties using established methodologies and industry best practices Collect and analyze data related to property conditions, market trends, comparable sales, and neighborhood dynamics Prepare clear, comprehensive appraisal reports that articulate property values and appraisal conclusions Ensure all appraisal activities adhere to Fair Housing regulations and relevant federal, state, and local laws Collaborate with clients to understand their appraisal needs while maintaining transparency about methodology and findings Experience Certified Residential or General Real Estate Appraiser Proven experience in real estate appraisals Experience on Long Island, the 5 Boroughs and/or
