  • No Nights or Weekends Brown Property Group is seeking a full time inspections coordinator to schedule and inspect the condition of single family rentals for proper functionality and reporting.
Brown Property Group is a growing property management company leading the industry in our market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management and knowledge of the proper standards and functionality of a rental property. Property management or real estate experience is preferred. Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Property Evaluation- Schedule and conduct routine inspections of residential rental properties. Conduct on site inspections and analysis of properties for proper functionality Provide detailed reports for using software systems to document condition. management agreements. Provide timely and detailed reports to property owners. Communicate with tenants and property owners. Review inspection results with property owners and tenants as needed. Work closely with property managers and support staff to ensure proper completion. Communicate and collaborate with other team members. Answer and execute any tenant and homeowner requests. Establish friendly and healthy working relationships with homeowners and tenants. Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures. Must work well with a team. Ability to work in a office setting. Ability to work outside of the office. Knowledge of local and state regulations Other duties may be assigned as needed.
