Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property Caretaker to join our full-time operations team. This role ensures that pools, hot tubs, and property exteriors remain safe, clean, and guest-ready, while also supporting general caretaking duties across multiple luxury homes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and maintaining elevated hospitality standards. Prior maintenance experience is beneficial but not required —we provide training. Key ResponsibilitiesPool & Hot Tub Care Clean, service, and maintain pools, hot tubs, and spas to luxury hospitality standards Perform water testing and chemical balancing (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) Conduct routine maintenance: skimming, vacuuming, brushing, filter cleaning Inspect pumps, heaters, covers, and equipment; report issues promptly Ensure all water features are fully guest-ready for arrivals and turnovers Property Caretaking Conduct exterior walk-throughs and property checks Report maintenance concerns and assist with basic troubleshooting Support seasonal property needs (e.g., clearing pathways, outdoor prep) Assist with occasional guest-related needs in coordination with the operations team Complete digital checklists, upload photos, and document all work performed What We're Looking For Experience with pool/hot tub care preferred , but training is available Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining luxury standards Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with excellent judgment Strong communication skills and a hospitality-minded approach Comfortable working outdoors through all seasons Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel between properties
