In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating repairs, inspections, and general upkeep to ensure properties stay secure and in good condition. If you're organized, work well with vendors, and have experience in property maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs Communicating with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly and timely Reviewing photos for quality assurance and completion Communicate with the client in a professional manner Utilize multiple databases and software programs to assist in performing & completing day to day job duties Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 1 years of experience in office or related areas Proficient with
Microsoft Office Suites:
Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and customer service skills Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload
