Job Description

Public Adjuster Apprentice - Naples / Bonita Springs / Fort Myers Experienced Public Adjusters is looking for a motivated Public Adjuster Apprentice in the Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and Southwest Florida area . We have been in business for almost a decade and handle large-loss property claims, luxury homes, commercial claims, hurricane claims, water damage, fire damage, mold-related issues, and complex insurance disputes . This is a serious career opportunity for someone who wants to become a fully licensed Florida Public Adjuster. This position operates as an independent contractor relationship . The selected candidate will be appointed through Experienced Public Adjusters as a Florida Public Adjuster Apprentice in accordance with Florida licensing requirements. This is an uncapped opportunity . Training is provided, but the right candidate must be self-motivated, professional, coachable, and willing to build relationships. Licensing Path To work as a Public Adjuster Apprentice in Florida, the candidate must obtain or already hold a Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license , file the required $50,000 surety bond , and be appointed as a 31-20 Public Adjuster Apprentice through our firm. After the required apprenticeship/experience period and state requirements are satisfied, the candidate may pursue the 3-20 Florida Public Adjuster license . (myfloridacfo.com) Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial property insurance claims Help inspect losses, document damage, and communicate with policyholders Learn the public adjusting process from claim intake through settlement Help gather photos, estimates, reports, documents, and claim evidence Network with property owners, contractors, real estate professionals, attorneys, and local business contacts Follow up on provided leads and generate new opportunities through personal networking and cold outreach Maintain professionalism with clients, carriers, vendors, and team members Ideal Candidate Lives in or near Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, or Fort Myers Interested in a long-term career as a Public Adjuster Strong communication and people skills Comfortable with sales, networking, and relationship building Willing to cold call, follow up, and generate business Able to work full time and respond when claims happen Professional appearance and reliable transportation required Prior insurance, construction, roofing, restoration, sales, or real estate experience is helpful but not required Compensation This is an uncapped independent contractor opportunity with significant income potential. Some leads are provided, but the highest earners will also build their own referral network and pipeline.
Estimated income range:
$70,000-$125,000+ per year , with no cap.
