Residential Inspection Coordinator

Part-Time Property Inspector We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Inspector to conduct routine inspections of residential properties. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently in the field. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled inspections of occupied and vacant residential properties Document property conditions with notes and photographs Identify maintenance concerns, lease violations, safety issues, or property damage Submit inspection reports accurately and on time Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and management staff Verify completion of repairs and vendor work when needed Assist with move-in, move-out, and periodic property inspections Qualifications Strong attention to detail and observational skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Basic knowledge of residential property maintenance preferred Comfortable using smartphone apps, email, and inspection software Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to walk properties and occasionally climb stairs Schedule Part-time flexible hours Self-scheduled position with assigned weekly inspections Responsibilities include visiting homes to verify properties are being properly maintained and cared for by tenants Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Mileage reimbursement may be provided Preferred Experience Experience in property management, real estate, maintenance, construction, or property inspections is a plus, but not required.
