Property Sciences (www.propsci.com) is a national residential and commercial real estate valuation, appraisal management, and collateral due diligence services firm. Founded in 1984, with expertise in all major categories of real estate, many of the largest users of valuation services in the nation depend on Property Sciences to provide timely and accurate real estate information. We are appraiser owned and operated, employing over 50 full time appraisal professionals involved in all facets of company operations, sharing a common mission of working together to provide the highest level of personalized service in the appraisal industry.

We are strategically expanding and seeking to hire part-time and full-time residential staff appraisers in the greater East Bay/SFO market.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • ACI or Win Total familiarity.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Active appraisal license required (certified and FHA designation preferred).
  • Solid USPAP knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and flexible.
  • Previous work experience in residential real estate appraisals
