is seeking applicants for Staff Appraiser positions within our rapidly expanding Indianapolis, Indiana office. The primary duties of this position will involve a variety of valuation assignments, primarily associated with acquisition of right-of-way for governmental/municipal projects. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Appraisal assignments using traditional valuation methods, including identifying the appropriate scope of work required for the assignment Preparation of market studies and reports that fully explain assessment results and outline methods used Litigation support advisory services Collect, verify, and interpret all relevant data that could affect property values Stay current on trends and understand how those trends might affect property What do we need from you

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

State of Indiana Certified General, Residential or License Trainee Appraiser preferred, but not required Knowledge and experience of real estate principles, rules and regulations pertaining to the acquisition of right-of-way, easements, licenses, and other land rights preferred, but not required Experienced/familiar with eminent domain and land acquisition processes preferred but not required Valid driver's license with good driving record required Strong analytic and written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, motivated, and self-starting, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment What's in it for you?
