Property Inspector Folly's Best Rentals - 2.8 Folly Beach, SC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Guest relations Greeting customers Attention to detail Full Job Description Inspect the work of cleaning staff for a busy vacation rental property management company. Insure cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and work to enhance the guest experience as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect work performed by cleaners to ensure it meets specifications and standards. Deliver welcome gifts to guests after their arrival. Perform light to moderate cleaning when necessary. Write maintenance requests for any issues found during inspections. Assist the office staff with office work, light computer work, and running errands. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Display good customer relation skills. Examine properties for damages. Check linens and supplies in each property. Record inspection results and notify cleaning personnel of inadequacies. Communicate with coworkers regarding problems which need their attention. Other duties as assigned by a manager.
Job Skills/Requirements:
Reliable private transportation. A strong attention to detail. Ability to work weekends.(Mandatory) Use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb stairs to access all properties Ability to manage time wisely with minimal supervision.
