Property Inspector We're MyStay, a boutique vacation rental company delivering 5-star guest experiences and white-glove service to every home we touch. We're seeking a flexible, hands-on team member—someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in doing things the right way (every time), and is ready to jump in wherever needed. This isn't a desk job. It's a field-based, fast-paced, mission-driven role that touches everything from maintenance to property inspections to last-minute guest needs. Your day might start with checking HVAC filters, swing into assembling beach gear, and end with polishing the final details before a guest arrival. If your standards are high and your work ethic is higher—we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Perform light maintenance tasks and troubleshoot basic home issues Conduct detailed property inspections before and after guest stays Assist with staging, setup, and cleanliness checks to uphold our standard Support inventory restocking and manage on-the-go requests Be our eyes, ears, and boots on the ground—flexible and responsive Communicate clearly with the MyStay team to ensure flawless execution

Meticulous attention to detail—you see what others miss Strong organization and time management skills Calm under pressure and unfazed by the unexpected Excellent communicator, tech-savvy, and quick with a checklist Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willing to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours as needed
