Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Listing Clerk to join our dynamic legal and real estate support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate listing of properties for tax purposes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the overall efficiency of our property records management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law, research skills, and experience with title processing and geographic information systems (GIS). This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-organized office environment while developing expertise in property tax administration and data management.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A HIGH STRESS ENVIROMENT AND MULTI TASK. HOURS 8
30am - 5pm •Monday - Friday •
