About MAV Project Services MAV Project Services matches highly qualified project management professionals with career opportunities. Description 5+ years' midstream experience; Assist with, and develop, plans for access and temporary workspace, landowner notification, and general land support of integrity, field engineering, and corrosion projects. Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with colleagues regarding work/project status and landowner claims. Investigate, negotiate, settle, and issue checks for damage claims. Prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property. Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies. Demonstrate critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills. A minimum basic knowledge of real estate/title concepts; title experience a plus. Requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor, but able to collaborate and brainstorm with the Team.
MUST HAVES
MUST be proficient with Google Earth/GIS systems, Microsoft suite applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and various online research tools. Active TREC Right of Way Agent License or TREC Real Estate Broker license. BS or BA degree required.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience reading pipeline alignment sheets. Experience with using or searching through databases. Bi-lingual a plus.
