Overview:

Were seeking a Commercial Field Appraisers to inspect properties, analyze market data, and determine accurate values for tax assessment purposes. This role includes both fieldwork and office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections (measure, photograph, document condition) Analyze market data and sales to determine property values Manage assigned workload and meet deadlines Assist taxpayers with valuation questions Maintain accurate records and prepare for appraisal hearings Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent valuations

Qualifications:

High school diploma (degree in real estate/finance preferred) 2-3 years of experience preferred (not required) Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills Valid drivers license and reliable transportation RPA license a plus

Work Environment:

Mix of field and office work Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Travel within the district required
