Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handy Man specializing in property maintenance and landscaping at private property. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing new projects and ensuring the upkeep, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the property. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work independatly and apply your landscaping, electrical, and carpentry skills while contributing to the overall quality of our property. Responsibilities Ability to work indepedantly with minimum supervision. Problem Solve and Execute. Impeccable Trustworthiness Qualifications Painting Powertool experience Skidsteer Operating (helpful, not required)
Sprinkler Experience Pay:
$12.00 - $17.00 per hour
