Job Description AnArchitectural Compliance Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction inthe context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary withdesignated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties formaintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. This is a
PART TIME
role working 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Duties include but are not limited to: Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person andelectronically. Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity ofcomplaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries. Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieveminimum property standards. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (tracking logs, reports, correspondence). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Demonstrated time management and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Required;Associates Degree Preferred. 1+ years of directly related or closely related experience. Excellent communications skills, written and spoken. Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. Professional customer service skills. Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
