Full Job Description Summary:
Ensure global regulatory compliance of Weckerle facility and formulas. Prepare product dossier for customers. Perform all other duties as outlined below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing Product Information File (PIF) for customer which includes, but not limited to Leaping Bunny/Cruelty free documentation, Animal testing, residual monomers declaration, PFAs, Gluten, Heavy metals, Phthalate Free, Pesticide Free, IFA/Allergen Statement, Safety data sheet, Certificate of Analysis, and other regulatory documents requested by customer. Review formulas and raw materials for regulatory compliance (FDA, MoCRA, EU, local and global compliance etc.) using Good Face Project (GFP) but not limited to GFP. Review and approve product labels, claims, and marketing content when needed. Review and approve formulas in CETEC as well as create new item in CETEC. Upload all regulatory documents in GFP, make sure they are updated. Create ingredient list in Good Face Project (GFP) for customer. Create Qualitative-Quantitative in Good Face Project (GFP) for customer. Ensure compliance of OTC batches in production. Create raw material specifications. Create Finish Good Safety data sheets Maintain records of safety assessments and related documentation. Interpret and communicate cosmetic regulations, guidelines, and standards to internal teams. Collaborate with toxicologists and other experts to assess product safety and efficacy. Ensure proper documentation of regulatory decisions, product testing, and compliance efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies for cosmetic-related matters. Respond to inquiries, submissions, and requests for information from regulatory authorities and customer's request. Develop and maintain quality systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cosmetics regulatory compliance. Collaborate with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated into product development and launch plans. Provide regulatory guidance and support for product reformulations and improvements. Review and reply the customer questionnaire related to raw materials, components and Finished Goods Support Quality, production and HR on Ecovadis renewal application

Qualifications/Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel., Microsoft Word, and Microsoft outlook. Experience with Good Face Project or similar platforms strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of FDA cosmetic regulations (global experience a plus) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
EDUCATION
Bachelors in related discipline or equivalency.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years working experience in the same field.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Knowledge:
Standard, clerical office practices and procedures especially as they relate to the function of this position. Working knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, needed to effectively communicate with, Management, guests, customers, vendors, suppliers, etc. Ability to focus in a busy environment. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Speak and write effectively; prepare documents that are succinct, (priority, high area of interest), and grammatically accurate; correctly apply policies, procedures, and regulations. Work effectively in a diverse community; maintain confidences, and confidentiality. Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, is critical for the success of this position.
