Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, Product Stewardship EPR, Regulatory- Other, located in Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA, Warsaw, IN, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Leeds, UK or Cork, Ireland.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (required). Advanced degree or professional certification in Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Compliance, or Sustainability (preferred).Experience and Skills:
Required:
Typically 6-8 years of progressive experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, environmental compliance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of product stewardship, EPR, and environmental regulatory requirements. Experience interpreting regulations and applying requirements to product and business decisions. Ability to manage complex regulatory topics across multiple stakeholders and functions. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.Preferred:
Experience supporting global or multi‑regional regulatory portfolios. Familiarity with sustainability, environmental reporting, or circular economy initiatives. Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization. Exposure to regulatory audits or inspections related to environmental or product compliance. Demonstrated experience driving regulatory or compliance process improvements.Other:

English required.Travel:
Limited; primarily domestic with occasional international collaboration.Certifications:
RAC, environmental compliance, or sustainability certifications preferred but not required. Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:- Vacation
