Review fragrance formulas to ensure they meet safety, regulatory, and customer standards Partner closely with perfumers to support safe and compliant fragrance creation Collaborate directly with customers in regulatory discussions and meetings Prepare and deliver fragrance safety documentation Communicate with suppliers to gather safety and regulatory data Help maintain the integrity and security of fragrance formulas Contribute to process improvements and special projects Support and mentor new team members through training and knowledge-sharing Lead or participate in cross-team discussions to improve workflows and customer solutions Assist with SDS processes and provide backup support across the teamEducational Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, biology, toxicology, or similar) Around 5 years of experience in regulatory or product safety (fragrance industry experience is a plus) Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfort with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while staying connected to a teamWork Environment:
This role includes both desk-based and laboratory work. You may handle chemicals and will use appropriate protective equipment (like gloves, eye protection, and lab coats). The role may involve standing, walking, or reaching for extended periods, along with standard computer-based tasks.
