Zing Recruiting is partnering with a global leader in the flavor manufacturing industry to hire a Regulatory Specialist II in Edison, Cincinnati. Responsibilities Prepare and deliver product information and technical documentation according to customer and regulatory requirements Maintain audits, system updates, and regulatory data accurately and efficiently Review formulas and documentation to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards Support commercial, research, and product development initiatives with regulatory guidance Maintain current knowledge of customer requirements and applicable regulatory standards Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflow efficiency Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams to provide regulatory support Assist with customer accounts and assigned regulatory projects Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biological Science, Chemistry, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in food, flavor, dietary supplement, chemical, or regulatory environments preferred Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry requirements Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Skills Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Relationship-building and customer service mindset Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Basic understanding of business processes and internal systems #ZINGZIP #ZINGMWHV
