Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific disciplinePreferred Education
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Engineering.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. pesticide product registration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience preparing and submitting pesticide registration applications, product labels, offers-to-pay, data matrices, and related regulatory documentation
Experience registering pesticide products with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
Knowledge of federal and state statutes and regulations related to pesticide registration
Working knowledge of applicable regulatory programs, including FIFRA, TSCA, and California Proposition 65 (Prop 65)
Experience managing multiple complex product registration, regulatory compliance, safety and compliance, EHS compliance, or related projects
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Experience supporting Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance practices
Experience supporting pesticide data generation and efficacy testing

Support pesticide product registration and regulatory compliance activities for conventional pesticide products
Prepare, submit, and manage product registration applications in accordance with U.S. EPA and applicable state regulatory requirements
Coordinate data generation and efficacy testing activities to support timely and cost-effective registration submissions
Manage multiple regulatory projects while maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product registrations and business objectives
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including FIFRA, TSCA, and Prop 65
This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work two days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and occasional travel to a nearby company officeJob Duties
Develop and manage pesticide product registration and regulatory compliance projects
Prepare, submit, and manage FIFRA registration applications for conventional pesticide products
Prepare product labels, offers-to-pay, data matrices, and supporting regulatory documentation
Coordinate data generation and efficacy testing activities required for product registrations
Manage multiple product registration projects simultaneously while meeting scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations
Collaborate with internal technical and regulatory teams to support new end-use product registrations
Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state pesticide regulations
Communicate with regulatory agencies, including the U.S. EPA, regarding product registration activities
Provide regulatory support for product development and commercialization initiatives
Comments/Special Instructions:
This position is hybrid, so the person must be local to Trumbull, CT.
On Wednesday and Thursday, they will work in the Trumbull office. 3 days per week, they will work from home
Mon, Tues, FriTravel:
Occasionally once a month travel to Stamford, CT office.
