Employment Practices Risk Consultant (CONTRACT) University of California - Riverside $53,700 - $105,900 United States, California, Oakland May 14, 2026
•This is a 2-year contract position that is estimated to be a 2-year assignment. • The full salary range for the Employment Practices Risk Consultant is $68,500.00 - $121,900.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $95,200.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. The Employment Practices Risk Consultant provides guidance across human resources strategy, employment law compliance, and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Insurance risk mitigation to help organizations reduce liability exposure and build a positive, compliant workplace culture. This role aligns policies and practices with business objectives, audits claims, identifies and coordinates training, supports EPL claims and corrective actions. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
