This is a high impact, on site role offering strong exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to contribute to enterprise level risk insights and decision making. This role is ideal for an analytically driven professional who enjoys working with complex data, understanding how insurance risk impacts capital, and helping evolve ERM processes through automation and technology. Key Responsibilities Support casualty accumulation analytics, including data processing, analysis, and visualization to generate insights for business leaders Assist in developing and improving data pipelines and automation processes to enhance scalability and accuracy Contribute to risk assessment efforts across domestic and international business units Support preparation of enterprise level ERM reporting Assist in capital modeling, stress testing, and capital allocation analysis Conduct research on emerging risks such as cyber, climate, and artificial intelligence Help develop scenario testing for large scale or extreme risk events Qualifications 2 plus years of experience in property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, or related analytical roles Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Strong Excel skills with interest or exposure to programming, data tools, or automation concepts This is a strong opportunity for an early career actuarial or risk professional to gain exposure to enterprise risk management, work on meaningful projects, and grow within a collaborative and evolving ERM function.
