RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct periodic cycles of operational risk identification and assessment with business areas; Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of existing internal controls; Develop and review operational risk policies and procedures; Prepare periodic management reports and present work results; Attend audits and regulatory inspections; Act as a strategic partner to business areas, including the development of training and capacity building in risk culture; Propose methodological improvements in the operational risk framework.

REQUIREMENTS

Academic background in Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields; Knowledge of international norms, regulations and standards related to non-financial risk management; Technical leadership skills for projects and teamwork; Interpersonal skills to collaborate with different areas of the organization; Solid experience in activities related to Operational Risk / Internal Controls / Compliance / Internal Audit, in financial institutions; Fluent English is required for this position.
