Sr Risk Analyst

This position is located in Division of Decommissioning, Uranium Recovery, and Waste Programs. This job opportunity announcement may be used to fill additional vacancies within the agency. Qualifications:

In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

is defined as: experience that demonstrates a broad technical knowledge in applying the theories of performance assessment and/or probabilistic risk assessment to radioactive waste disposal, nuclear material risk management, and nuclear facility decommissioning. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: 1. Knowledge of principles, theories, and applied practices of risk analysis. Specific expertise and experience in applying the theories of performance assessment and/or probabilistic risk assessment to radioactive waste disposal, nuclear material risk management, and nuclear facility decommissioning. (

Describe work experience, education, and training which demonstrate your abilities, and your knowledge related to theory, principles and practices in the area of risk analysis.
