Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including phone and community outreach, to identify their insurance needs. Conduct detailed analysis of client information to recommend suitable insurance products, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications. Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients, balancing their needs with company guidelines to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy inquiries. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (preferred but not required) Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively Passion for helping others Excellent communication skills Bilingual (preferred but not required) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with sales goals and performance metrics Knowledge of marketing techniques, benefits administration, and phoning strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
