W h a t It Takes T h e ideal candidate has a background in business and construction with an understanding of accounting principles, financials analysis, and an interest in the construction field. This individual will bring experience of providing customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualified applicants will join our prequalification team in reviewing subcontractor prequalification profiles. Assigned:

You will be responsible for various aspects of risk analysis for financial, safety and other aspects of prequalification. Your daily tasks will include some or all the following: U t i lizing prequalification software Re v iewing subcontractor submissions for completeness & accuracy while maintaining quality and productivity goals Eng aging with trade partners & subcontractors for missing information By both written (email) and phone Ana lyzing income & balance statements for financial risk evaluation Pro viding feedback to other analysts and project teams on risk findings Att ending weekly progress meetings Ass isting with maintaining logs as required And any other duties that may be assigned R e q uired Skills T e c hnical

Capabilities:
