About the Role A well-established, highly regulated financial institution is seeking a Credit Risk Business Analyst to support its Credit Risk Management function. This role focuses on analytical support, regulatory interaction, and management reporting related to credit exposures and risk limits. The position offers meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, regulatory processes, and enterprise-level credit risk oversight in a stable, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Order, track, and process reports of examiation, including status, receipt, and payment Review, summarize, and distribute member and counterparty credit reports Conduct research on member institutions, including news and enforcement actions Assist credit analysts with recurring and ad-hoc analytical projects Prepare materials for: Credit and risk committee meetings Senior management and Board reporting Regulatory and special data requests Monitor credit exposures relative to established risk limits and escalate breaches as appropriate Support departmental operations, including vendor invoices, billing, and records retention compliance Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk control standards Required Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience in credit risk, risk management, regulatory reporting, or banking analytics Strong understanding of financial institutions, credit risk concepts, and regulatory environments Excel Skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, linked spreadsheets) Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field)
