Fraud Risk Analyst

3+ years of experience in risk analytics, fraud strategy, or risk policy at a payments, fintech, or financial services company Expert-level SQL (BigQuery strongly preferred); comfortable writing complex CTEs, window functions, dedup logic, and partition-filtered queries on large transactional tables Strong understanding of A/B testing and shadow testing frameworks for platform migrations or model deployments Proven ability to independently scope and deliver end-to-end data analyses with clear, actionable stakeholder deliverables Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting complex findings to cross-functional teams and leadership Python proficiency for automation (pandas, openpyxl, Thread Pool Executor-based parallel query execution) Experience with Tableau for risk/fraud KPI dashboards

Preferred Skills:
