Property & Casualty Risk Advisor (OOJ - 44933) 60000-110000 / US Dollars / Annual Salary NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Apr/23/2026 Job Description Drive new business development and client retention by building strong relationships Use a consultative approach to understand business risks and deliver tailored insurance solutions Create and execute a Personal Excellence Plan, generate leads, deliver presentations Cross-sell services and participate in team-based selling efforts Proactively manage renewals, review proposals, and work with internal teams on coverage solutions Ensure accurate documentation, resolve client issues, and maintain a profitable book of business Engage in community and professional activities including attending events and delivering presentations Commit to continuous learning and executing a Personal Excellence Plan
Qualifications:
Active California Property & Casualty License Strong experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales and advisory Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in client relationship management and retention Ability to understand business risks and provide tailored insurance solutions ground in insurance brokerage or agency environment Property & Casualty insurance expertise Strong business development and sales ability Client-facing communication and relationship management skills Ability to generate and grow a book of business Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM/AMS systems, preferably Epic 4+ years as a Risk Advisor (nice-to-have) Existing transferable book of business (nice-to-have) Bachelor's degree (nice-to-have) Experience handling complex commercial accounts (nice-to-have) Strong local network and community involvement (nice-to-have) Why is This a
