Location & Compensation Location:
Richmond, VA (Primary).
Work Model:
Hybrid (Tue/Wed/Thu in-office required).
Base Salary:

What You'll Do Monitor RMBS market conditions including spreads, supply/demand, and liquidity. Model prepayment speeds, collateral characteristics, and macro drivers. Automate recurring analytical workflows using SQL, Python, or R. Produce P&L attribution, key risk dashboards, and scenario analysis for senior leadership. Requirements 5+ years of experience in securitized products, the mortgage market, or fixed income. Expertise in mortgage analytics tools such as Intex, Bloomberg, or Aladdin.
