Job Description

Job Description The Hiring Advisors is currently partnering with a fantastic, growing banking institution in the Dallas area that is looking for a Commercial Credit Risk Analyst who knows their way around a balance sheet like the back of their hand. What You'll Be Doing (The Meat & Potatoes) You'll dive deep into new business and renewals for C&I, commercial real estate investors, and private banking clients. You'll craft the Credit Memos that make the Loan Committee say, "Wow, this analyst really gets it." You'll handle annual credit reviews and loan reviews to ensure everything is running smoothly. And if an asset gets a little rocky? You'll team up with the RM to write a "Problem Asset Report" with actual

goals, not just wishful thinking. You'll use advanced lending software to spread financials, test covenants, and ensure everything ties out perfectly. A tiny bit of consumer underwriting, helping out with Loan Committee minutes (where you get front-row seats to the big decisions), and occasionally tagging along with Bankers on joint customer calls. Yes, you get to leave the desk sometimes! The "Must-Haves" to Land the Interview A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field (or equivalent battle-tested banking experience). 3 to 4 years of solid commercial credit analysis experience. If you've spent this time in the banking or financial services industry, you're already at the top of our list. You know Excel inside and out, and if you've used credit/lending software like Baker Hill before? Consider that a massive gold star on your application. Excellent business writing (no text-speak in the credit memos, please) and the ability to manage your time so renewals don't sneak up on you at midnight. Ready to make a move? This onsite opportunity in the DFW area offers a salary of up to $80,000 + a comprehensive benefits package.
