Prince William County's Division of Risk & Wellness Services is seeking a motivated administrative professional to join the dynamic team to provide support for risk and wellness programming and general administrative functions. This new full-time position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position will manage and support multiple programs that serve the Prince William County workforce and community. This person must be dedicated to providing the highest level of service to employees and citizens and work in a division where teamwork is an essential function. This position will be essential in continuing to develop positive relationships to ensure a reputation as a trusted partner with internal stakeholders. The office is located in Woodbridge.
About This Role:
As the Business Services Analyst, you will play a vital role within the team, supporting a range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Administration, management, and execution of the County's driver program, which includes overseeing over 7,000 drivers
- Administration of the County's Learning Management System (LMS) for training provided by Risk & Wellness. This shall include managing the library of online training programs, identifying LMS system issues and reporting to the designated technical staff, and monitoring their resolution. Managing training content, generating reports, and providing analytics to track participation and progress.
- Provides technical support for insurance programs, projects, and other risk programs, including assisting with insurance and renewals, maintaining the County's property list, interpreting financial and/or operational data, analyzing results, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Provide support at educational presentation development and outreach events.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or G.E.D. with 4 years of professional administrative support experience
Preferences:
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organization. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assignments in fast-paced environments. Skilled in administering, managing, and executing diverse programs, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations and requirements. Experienced in database management and Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a strong ability to maintain data integrity and support learning initiatives. Supports program integrity through routine auditing activities, evaluating operational processes and participant records against established standards, and collaborating with leadership to address findings and implement improvements. Proficient in SharePoint, Office 365 — including Word, Excel, and Outlook — as well as Adobe products, leveraging these tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in composing clear, professional correspondence, reports, and presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Exercises a high degree of discretion and professionalism, with a proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, sound judgment, and strict adherence to privacy standards.

This is a 37.5-hour position. Work is generally between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Hiring Salary Range :
