Job Description Chief Risk Officer Join a dynamic and growing community-focused financial institution as a Chief Risk Officer. Chief Risk Officer Location:
Bismarck, North Dakota Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight of the enterprise-wide risk management framework, including enterprise risk management, information security, bank security, AML/CFT, and fraud functions
  • Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive risk management and loss prevention programs while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Develop and maintain security, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs
  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, senior management team, and participate in board committees or project teams as needed
Qualifications:
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, fintech, and vendor management
  • Strong background in compliance, internal audit, and fraud
  • Deep understanding of FDICIA requirements and state and federal banking regulations
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute effectively, with strong verbal and written communication skills and sound independent judgment
