Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to oversee and manage the Risk Management Program within a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize risks to patients, visitors, staff, and organizational property. This role will also handle escalated patient and visitor complaints, ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken, and provide leadership and supervision to assigned personnel while exercising professional judgment and discretion.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 - 5 years of clinical and/or healthcare Risk Management experience — Required Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience — Required Experience with incident reporting, patient safety, compliance, and risk assessment processes — Required Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient relations, and quality improvement initiatives —

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience —

Required Certifications & License:

CPHRM Certification — Highly Preferred Risk Manager, Healthcare Risk Manager, Clinical Risk Manager, Patient Safety Manager, Risk Management Coordinator, Healthcare Compliance Manager, Quality and Risk Manager, Risk Assessment Manager, Hospital Risk Management Specialist, and Patient Relations/Risk Manager #
